Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs, including the initial shipping fee for your order, are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping costs incurred by Nail Kit will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. You will be responsible for arranging and covering the costs associated with shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the products.

Refund Process

Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
